D.A.F/2/9/5758 dated 7 July 2025. All products now follow the full dossier pathway — a materially heavier documentation burden for companies planning to expand their Iraqi portfolio. اعتباراً من ٣٠ حزيران ٢٠٢٥، ألغت وزارة الصحة العمل بآلية التسجيل الأولي للمستحضرات الأجنبية للقطاعين العام والخاص، بموجب كتاب قسم التسجيل المرقم د.أ.ف/٢/٩/٥٧٥٨ في ٧/٧/٢٠٢٥. جميع المنتجات تخضع الآن لمسار الملف المتكامل — وهو عبء توثيقي أثقل بشكل جوهري على الشركات التي تخطط لتوسيع محفظتها في العراق.
